It all depends where the item is made and where it ships to. You also have to take into account the time to manufacture it before it is shipped. Items made in China (most of our catalog) typically take 7-15 business days to reach the USA, Canada and Europe after production, up to 21-28 days in some cases. Items made in Latvia take about 10-15 days to reach Europe and 15-20 days to reach the USA and Canada. Items made in the USA take 3-7 days within the USA, 8-13 days to Canada and 12-20 days to Europe.
I am unable to rush the manufacture of the items. However, an express shipping option may be available at checkout for eligible items.
No. MegaCamo requires a physical residential or business street address for delivery. PO Boxes, PMB/private mailboxes, UPS Store mailboxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not accepted. Some manufacturers and carriers may initially accept these addresses but later refuse delivery, so please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

All of my products are made to order just for you. As such they are considered as personalized items and unless they arrive damaged , or the factory sent the wrong item or colors I won’t be able to issue a refund. I will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized and I have received it, I will either have the factory send you a new item or refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, I will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. I must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. I reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been yet processed and/or shipped by contacting me.
WARNING ! Any order cancellation, no matter the reason, will forfeit 10% of the total price including shipping as the processing fees are not refunded to me . I should not have to lose money because you changed your mind.

Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Packages” before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. I will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim.
Should a package be refused or returned to the factory unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order. WARNING! it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you are able to be there to receive and sign for the package if needed … Please note that packages from china that are not picked up never find their way back to the factory. I decline all responsibility if you do not pick up your package in time and it is returned and I won’t issue any refund or reship in this case unless the factory receives it back (which seldom happens).
