Yes , we ship to almost every country but there may be exceptions during times of covid. Items are shipped from the factory the closest to your location when possible . For APO and PO Boxes we recommend not choosing the DHL shipping as they don’t accept such addresses.

I do not stock any item in-house as all my products are made to order. It may take between 2 to 15 days to produce your item depending on raw material availability at the time of order before its shipped. a little bit longer during covid alerts.

It all depends where the item is made and where it ships to. you also have to take into account the time to manufacture it before its shipped . In normal times an item made at our Chinese partner factory takes 15 days to reach you in the US and Europe count 20-25 days for Australia and Canada. Items made in Latvia or Spain will take 15-20 days to reach the US and canada and 10-15 days to reach Europe 25-30 days for Australia . Items made in the USA and Mexico take 3-4 days for the USA , 8-12 days for Canada 12-20 days for Europe and around 20-25 days for Australia. Items made in UK take less than 8 days for anywhere in the world as the UK factory only ships express hence the higher shipping prices.
Canada users, by the end of 2020 our main partner will open a new factory in Canada which will allow us to offer you shorter shipping times.
I am unable to rush the manufacture of the items however I can propose DHL express shipping for China made items you have the option to choose on checkout for such items. Express shipping is used for all UK factory made items.
Yes of course … most if not all of the products on my site can be personalized … Just contact me and we will see your needs and the solutions I can bring.
All of my products are made to order just for you. As such they are considered as personalized items and unless they arrive damaged , or the factory sent the wrong item or colors I won’t be able to issue a refund. I will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized and I have received it, I will either have the factory send you a new item or refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, I will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. I must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. I reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been yet processed and/or shipped by contacting me.
WARNING ! Any order cancellation, no matter the reason, will forfeit 10% of the total price including shipping as the processing fees are not refunded to me . I should not have to lose money because you changed your mind.

Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves the factory. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Packages” before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. I will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim.
Should a package be refused or returned to the factory unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order. WARNING! it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you are able to be there to receive and sign for the package if needed … Please note that packages from china that are not picked up never find their way back to the factory. I decline all responsibility if you do not pick up your package in time and it is returned and I won’t issue any refund or reship in this case unless the factory receives it back (which seldom happens).
