Pattern: Russian Kamush Metro
Here is a camouflage that belongs in a city, not a forest. The Russian Kamush pattern is built from horizontal, wavy reed-like streaks, and this “Metro” colourway washes them in cool steel blue and grey — an urban design for an urban hoodie.
About the Russian Kamush camouflage
Kamush (from the Russian for “cane” or “reed”) is the Russian take on the tiger-stripe family, introduced around 1993 in green and blue variants. It is also known by the abbreviation PFO, and the blue colourway was issued to police and special forces operating in urban environments, while the green served in vegetation. Its long, broken horizontal strokes mimic the texture of tall reeds, and it has been used by Russian special units and internal troops since the 1990s.
The Metro colorway
“Metro” is the MegaCamo catalogue label for this softly-toned rendition: a steel-blue base with light grey and darker slate-navy streaks. The whole palette stays cool and desaturated, so it reads as an urban, modern take on the pattern rather than a leafy woodland camo.
How the pattern reads on your hoodie
The horizontal reed strokes stretch across the chest and sleeves in long, broken lines, which gives the print a subtle horizontal rhythm as you move. The cool palette keeps it calm and easy to wear, and the strokes flow cleanly across the kangaroo pocket and hood without breaking into noise.
Why own this fleece-lined hoodie?
If you want camouflage that does not scream military, this is a great pick — the blue-grey palette looks at home under a jacket in town. It is a genuine piece of Russian special-forces heritage with a modern, urban finish, and it is warm enough to reach for every day.
Comfort, fit and build
The print sits on the smooth outer fabric while a soft fleece lining keeps warmth against the body. It is a classic pull-over with a drawstring hood, long sleeves and a kangaroo pocket, made from 100% polyester with a comfortable drape.
Made to order, sizing and care
This hoodie is printed and sewn on order (Made to Order): production and fulfilment take 4-7 days before shipping — the make time, not the total delivery, which varies by destination. It comes in sizes S to 5XL, with a +/-5% possible length deviation from manual measurement and production. Care: machine wash cold, do not bleach, do not tumble dry.
