The Rhodesian Brushstroke is the pattern worn by Rhodesian (today Zimbabwean) security forces from the mid-1960s to 1980.

It is a desert brushstroke in the truest sense of the phrase. It is still a real, traceable camouflage worn by a real force, but it looks lighter, sunnier and less aggressive than the green takes, and it slips into a warmer or more casual wardrobe with ease. Where the standard versions lean on olive green, this one keeps a pale sand and cream base and uses tan, light-brown and khaki shapes with fine strokes in the same warm tones. It is a brush-drawn camouflage built from short horizontal strokes over a solid base, which gives it a rough, painterly character collectors can pick out in an instant.

There is no green at all, so the whole print reads dusty and faded, like a pattern that has been living in the sun. This is the T45 sports mesh t-shirt: 100% polyester mesh cloth at 7.05 oz, with a relaxed fit and a soft hand that keeps it comfortable from the first wear. It weighs about 0.19 kg, so it stays light on the shoulders even in the larger sizes.

The mesh is open enough to move air and dry quickly, and the double-needle hemmed sleeves and bottom hold their shape instead of fraying. The print sits in the fabric and is made not to fade, so the camouflage stays as sharp as the day it was made.
