Pattern: German Multitarn v2
A greener take on the Bundeswehr Multitarn — a fuller, more saturated flecktarn in the multispectral design.
About the pattern
Multitarn (also Multitarndruck) is the newest German Bundeswehr camouflage, developed from around 2012 under the WIWeB and incorporating light green, dark green, brown, beige, grey and off-white colours in a design based on the standard BW flecktarn. It was initially limited to the KSK and is being rolled out to all new Bundeswehr uniforms from 2028. It is also designed to be more effective against night-vision devices. This v2 render is a greener, more saturated take on that Multitarn design, with a fuller green palette than the standard grey-green version.
This Multitarn v2 colourway
The ground is a green, and over it sit a dense scatter of small flecks, dots and irregular shapes in a dark green, a grey-green, a brown, a beige and an off-white. The flecks are small, rounded and closely packed, giving the surface a busy, pointillist texture. Compared to the standard Multitarn, the green here is fuller and more prominent, with the palette leaning greener and more saturated, while keeping the grey, brown and beige multispectral elements. It reads as a greener, richer take on the newest Bundeswehr camo.
How it reads on the garment
Because the flecks are dense and the green is fuller, this pattern prints with a busy, textured, rich feel. On the body the green ground is covered by the dense scatter of dark green, grey-green, brown and beige flecks, giving the surface a pointillist, dappled texture. It reads as a greener version of the newest Bundeswehr camouflage, rich and modern. The green ground sits reasonably against the light hood lining and collar, keeping the neckline tidy.
Why own it
If you want the most current German camouflage but prefer a greener, richer look, this Multitarn v2 is a strong pick — it is a greener take on the documented newest Bundeswehr design, set to replace Flecktarn, and it is designed to be more effective against night-vision devices. It appeals to collectors of modern Bundeswehr camouflage. And its fuller green, brown and beige palette is highly wearable, pairing naturally with olive, khaki, tan, denim and brown.

Please double-check the size chart before ordering — because each item is made for you, returns are easier to avoid by choosing the right size up front. If a print runs slightly differently from what you see on screen, that is the nature of made-to-order garment printing.
Disclosure
This is a reproduction / military-inspired item, not an issued uniform, and the garment itself is a modern printed piece for everyday wear. The Multitarn naming and its WIWeB development come from documented pattern history; “v2” is a MegaCamo colourway label and this is not official issue equipment.
