Why this tote
Duck Hunter — also called frog-skin — is one of the earliest US military camos, used by the Marine Corps in the Pacific in World War II and brought to life for the Marine Raiders in 1942. Its rounded brown and olive blotches over a sand-tan base were designed to break up a soldier’s shape in jungle light. On a tote bag, that history travels with everything you carry.
The pattern up close
The autumn colourway uses warm brown and khaki shapes that sit close together and read as a camouflage classic. Because a tote is a large, flat surface, the pattern shows clearly and completely — making it one of the best ways to display the design.
