Pattern: Australian RAAF MMPU
MMPU is the Maritime Multiscale Pattern uniform that began rolling out to the Royal Australian Navy from October 2021, replacing the older DPNU. Why own it: MMPU is the current Australian naval pattern, a genuinely modern multiscale design. The base is a soft grey, and over it sit interconnected flowing patches of grey-green, dark grey and a muted olive, at mixed scales so the pattern works from close up to distance.
Why own it. If the Australian RAAF MMPU look is for you, this wears it as a proper everyday bomber jacket.
