Pattern: Lebanon Al Darak DPM v1 — a grey-blue mottle with rust-pink accents
This is the first of the Lebanon Al Darak DPM variants, and it sets the family’s visual signature: a cool grey field broken by soft blue-grey organic shapes, with short rust-pink brushstrokes flicked across the surface. The grey is the dominant tone, the blue-grey gives it depth, and the muted pink-red accents are what make it recognisable — a warm counterpoint to an otherwise cool pattern.
MegaCamo labels it the Lebanon Al Darak DPM v1. It is built on an organic, brushstroke-style disruptive mottle rather than a pixel or polygon grammar, which gives it a painted, almost hand-rendered quality. The “DPM” refers to the disruptive mottle structure, the Al Darak name points to the Lebanese internal-security context the catalogue associates with it. The rust-pink accents are the distinguishing feature of this first variant.
On the garment the cool grey with warm pink tends to read as slightly unusual and stylish — the pink lifts it out of a plain grey urban camo. It pairs well with grey, black, white and soft pastels, and it works as an everyday pattern with a slightly distinctive, contemporary edge. A good pick if you want an urban mottle with a touch of colour that isn’t obvious.
Why own it
It is a genuinely distinctive urban camo — the grey-blue base is calm and easy to wear, while the rust-pink accents give it an uncommon character that separates it from plain grey and black urban patterns. As the first variant it is also a natural entry point to the Al Darak set, and a nice piece for collectors who like to compare how a single structure shifts across colourways. All-over printing carries the mottle across the whole garment.
