French Daguet v1 Desert Camouflage Lightweight Hooded T-Shirt

Pattern: French Daguet — v1 colourway (cream, red-brown and sage)

This is a desert reading of the French Daguet, but not the version most people picture. The base is a pale cream-grey, and over it run broad wavy bands in a muted red-brown and a soft sage-grey-green. The whole thing is light and low-contrast, so the pattern reads as a gentle, sun-washed desert rather than a harsh combat print.

Daguet is the desert variant of the French CCE woodland, developed by the French Army in the early 1990s for operations in arid and semi-arid terrain and named after Opération Daguet — the French designation for the First Gulf War. Classic Daguet is a three-colour desert of sand, brown and grey-green laid in sparse horizontal stripes. The v1 you see here is MegaCamo’s own colourway interpretation of that design: same horizontal, layered grammar, but tuned toward a cooler cream base and a redder brown so it reads a little more faded and a little less dusty.

On the garment the effect is soft and open. The pale base gives the horizontal bands room to breathe, so the shirt looks calm rather than busy, and the red-brown and sage pair together in a way that feels more natural than a hard tan-and-black. It sits nicely with cream, khaki, grey and denim, and it is one of the easier camos to wear because the contrast stays gentle.

Fit, fabric and care

This is a long-sleeve lightweight hooded tee in a 94% polyester / 6% spandex blend — stretchy, smooth and light. It is available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL and weighs 0.374 kg. Because it is made to order, allow a small production tolerance of about ±5% and consult the size chart before choosing. Wash at or below 45 °C, do not bleach, and avoid long soaks.
