Pattern: Australian OPFOR Musoria — AUSCAM-red disruptives
This is a mock enemy (OPFOR, or opposing force) rendition drawn from the Australian AUSCAM disruptives. Military training units paint their vehicles and issue their personnel in distinctive patterns so they are instantly recognisable as the simulated enemy, and these OPFOR colourways play on the national camo with a clearly different palette.
The Musoria OPFOR colourway is built on the same soft-edged, rounded AUSCAM lobate shapes as the standard Australian disruptives, but the palette is turned away from green. The base is a pale off-white-tan, and the shapes are filled with olive-khaki, a deeper brown and an unmistakable rust-red that makes it read as “enemy forces” at a glance.
On a hooded long-sleeve shirt it reads as a warm, busy camo with a distinctive reddish cast. It is a genuine training-pattern aesthetic and stands out clearly from the standard Australian greens and desert tans.
Why own it: OPFOR patterns are a niche and fun corner of military camo, and this AUSCAM-red is a genuinely eye-catching one. It adds a bit of military training-culture character to a wardrobe and is a good conversation piece.
The garment. This is a lightweight long-sleeve hooded T-shirt, printed all over with the pattern you see on the image. It is cut with long sleeves and a hood and fits as a regular, athletic top. The fabric is a 94% polyester / 6% spandex blend, so it stretches with you, feels smooth against the skin and takes the all-over print cleanly. It is a lightweight piece — about 0.374 kg — and runs in sizes S to 3XL.
Fit and size. Because the sizes run S–3XL, pick the one closest to your usual top size; the stretch in the spandex gives a little forgiveness, but for a closer cut take a size down and for a looser, layer-over fit take a size up. The print is applied across the whole garment, so the pattern continues over the chest, arms and hood without a break.
Made to Order. Each shirt is printed and sewn after you place your order. Production and fulfilment take roughly 4 to 7 days before the item ships — that is the time to make and pack it, not the total delivery time, which then depends on transport once it leaves us. It is not sitting on a shelf, and that is what lets us offer patterns that would never be worth stocking.
Care. To protect the print, machine wash at or below 45°C, do not use bleach and avoid prolonged soaking. Launder on a normal cycle with like colours and don’t tumble dry hot. Cold, gentle washing is the best way to keep the colours bright.
