Pattern: Iraqi National Guard Chocolate Chip v1 — a warm chocolate-chip desert

This is the desert six-colour family known as “chocolate chip”. The structure is distinctive and easy to read at a glance: a pale sand-tan field broken by broad, irregular blotches in reddish-brown and plum-maroon, then dappled with scattered black specks and small pale cream “chips” that cluster over the blotches. Those chips are the giveaway — tiny light flecks sprinkled like chocolate chips across the darker areas. It is a busy, layered pattern where the small chips sit on top of the big blotches, and the whole surface never quite settles into a single tone.

MegaCamo labels it the Iraqi National Guard Chocolate Chip v1. “Chocolate chip” is the well-known nickname for the six-colour desert pattern, and the Iraq association here is a catalogue label. This v1 is the warmer rendition — the red-brown and plum blotches sit on a warm cream-tan base, giving it a rich, earthy feel rather than a cool, grey one.

Printed across the whole garment, it has a lively, speckled texture. The warm cream and red-brown keep it earthy and wearable, and the black chips add detail without darkening the whole garment. At garment scale the chips read as fine grain, giving the shirt a textured, almost woven appearance up close while the broad blotches carry it from a distance. It pairs comfortably with olive, brown, tan and denim, and the warm tones make it a good autumn or winter-adjacent camo.

Fit, fabric and care

Long-sleeve lightweight hooded tee in 94% polyester / 6% spandex — stretchy, smooth and light. Available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, at 0.374 kg. Made to order, so allow a small production tolerance (±5%) and check the size chart first.

Wash at 45°C or below, do not bleach, and avoid prolonged soaking.
