Pattern: Iraqi National Guard Chocolate Chip v2 — a cool grey-tan chocolate-chip

The same chocolate-chip structure as its sibling, but in a cooler, greyer register. The structure is identical — a pale field broken by irregular blotches and dappled with scattered black specks and small pale chips — but the field here is a pale grey-tan rather than warm cream, and the blotches are grey-brown and muted plum-wine. The chips still rally over the darker areas, but the overall temperature is cooler and more desaturated, so the pattern reads quieter and less earthy.

MegaCamo labels it the Iraqi National Guard Chocolate Chip v2. “Chocolate chip” is the nickname for the six-colour desert family, and the Iraq association is a catalogue label. This v2 is the cool, greyed-out version, where plum and grey-brown replace the warmer red-brown of the first rendition. Set against v1, the difference is most obvious in the base: v1 is warm cream, v2 is a soft grey-tan.

The cool palette is the distinguishing feature — it reads more urban and understated, and the grey-tan base keeps it neutral on the garment, so it sits well with grey, navy, black and cool earth tones. The plum-wine blotches give it just enough colour to stay interesting without tipping into bright, so the overall effect is a muted, detailed camo that is easy to wear as an everyday piece.

Long-sleeve lightweight hooded tee in 94% polyester / 6% spandex — stretchy, smooth and light. Available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, at 0.374 kg. Made to order, so allow a small production tolerance (±5%) and check the size chart first.

Wash at 45°C or below, do not bleach, and avoid prolonged soaking.
