Pattern: Gabon T-Block MOUT-T Desert
A distinctively structured desert camouflage — sand and khaki “T”-shaped blocks on a pale tan ground.
About the pattern
Camopedia records that as recently as 2015, a desert or semi-arid camouflage pattern was adopted by ground elements of the Gabon Armed Forces. The design features wide swaths of sand and dark brown on a light khaki or tan-coloured background, and some versions have an almost greenish sheen. This render is a Gabon-associated desert pattern in a T-block-style structure — a distinctive design built from large, angular “T” and block shapes rather than the soft organic blobs of a woodland. It is an unusual and graphically structured desert camo.
This Gabon T-Block MOUT-T Desert colourway
The ground is a pale sand or off-white, and over it sit large, angular shapes in a sand-tan and a khaki, with a few darker tan “T” and block accents. The shapes are geometric and graphic, with straight edges and T-shaped or blocky forms, quite unlike a soft organic camo. The palette is entirely warm — pale sand, sand-tan, khaki and darker tan — so the pattern reads as a light, structured desert design. The graphic T-block shapes give it a clean, almost architectural look.
How it reads on the garment
Because the shapes are angular and graphic, this pattern prints with a clean, structured feel rather than a soft, organic one. On the body the pale sand ground sits behind the sand-tan and khaki blocks, giving the surface a crisp, architectural texture. It reads as a distinctive desert camo, quite different from the usual sand-and-brown woodland. The pale sand ground blends cleanly into the light hood lining and collar, keeping the neckline tidy.
Why own it
If you want a genuinely unusual, graphically structured camouflage, the Gabon T-Block is a strong pick — its angular T-block shapes are a real departure from the organic blobs of most camos, and it is tied to the documented 2015 Gabonese desert pattern. It appeals to collectors of unusual and African camouflage. And its pale sand and khaki palette is light and easy to wear, pairing naturally with tan, khaki, denim, cream and light grey.

Production and fulfilment take about 4–7 days before your order is handed to shipping; courier delivery time then depends on your destination. Please double-check the size chart before ordering — because each item is made for you, returns are easier to avoid by choosing the right size up front. If a print runs slightly differently from what you see on screen, that is the nature of made-to-order garment printing.
Disclosure
This is a reproduction / military-inspired item, not an issued uniform, and the garment itself is a modern printed piece for everyday wear. The Gabon desert pattern naming and its T-block structure come from documented pattern history; “MOUT-T” is a MegaCamo label and this is not official issue equipment.
