Pattern: Kuwait Police Academy DPM — a blue two-tone disruptive mottle
This isn’t the green woodland DPM most people picture when they hear “Disruptive Pattern Material.” Look at the shirt and you’ll see a genuinely different read: a mid steel-blue base broken up by darker navy-blue organic shapes, each blob soft-edged and irregular, nothing digital, nothing rigid. The result is a calm, almost denim-toned camouflage that reads more like urban or marine wear than woodland bush camouflage.
MegaCamo’s catalog labels this the Kuwait Police Academy DPM, and it belongs to the vast DPM family of disruptive patterns that spread around the world after the British example. On this particular piece, the colourway is what carries the identity: the blue is dominant, the shadows are deep navy, and the whole thing sits in a cool palette that sets it apart from the warmer brown-and-green DPMs you see on most camo tees.
What you get here is the disruptive, broken-up look of classic DPM — a pattern built to break up a human silhouette — but tuned to a blue-grey world. On the garment it reads as an understated, slightly technical pattern: not loud, not vintage, but quietly confident. It works as a piece for someone who likes camouflage but wants something less literal than a bush pattern, and it pairs well with jeans, dark trousers, or neutral layers.
Why own it
If you collect camouflage, this is a useful counterpoint in a wardrobe of greens and browns: a blue DPM-style disruptive print that immediately stands out from the pack. If you just like the look, it is clean and wearable — muted enough for everyday use, distinctive enough to be noticed. And because MegaCamo prints this to order, the pattern is reproduced in full across the whole visible garment, all-over, not limited to a chest print.
Fit, fabric and care
This is a long-sleeve lightweight hooded tee cut in a 94% polyester / 6% spandex blend, so it has real stretch, a smooth hand feel, and a light drape. Available in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, at 0.374 kg. Because it is made to order, a small production tolerance (±5%) applies — check the size chart and pick your usual size.
Care is straightforward: wash at 45°C or below, do not bleach, and do not leave it soaking for extended periods.
Made to order
Each shirt is printed and sewn on demand, which is why it takes 4–7 days in production and fulfilment before your order ships. That lead time is the making, not the delivery — shipping itself starts after it leaves us, and varies by destination.
You can find other camos in this same family and discover more around the world on our camouflage pages, and see the full lightweight hooded range together on the Lightweight Hooded T-Shirts page.
Printed and sewn on order. Shipping directly after fulfillment from our supplier.
