Pattern: Indonesian MENPOR
A vertical brushstroke camouflage in olive, maroon and khaki — the National Police Resimen Pelopor’s distinctive stripe pattern.
About the pattern
Camopedia records that the National Police Resimen Pelopor (MENPOR), a special operations and ranger unit, was initially issued a vertical stripe camouflage pattern of their own in 1966. The version shown here is a recent one, worn ceremonially since 2000. It is a vertical stripe pattern, part of the family of stripe camos that Indonesian forces have used over the years, and it is distinct from the standard DPM worn by the military. This render is that MENPOR vertical stripe design.
This MENPOR colourway
The ground is a khaki-tan, and over it run soft, irregular vertical stripes in an olive-green, a dark maroon or plum-brown, and a paler khaki, with some yellow-tan accents. The stripes are organic, variable in width and flowing, with the khaki showing through between them. There are no sharp edges or pixels. The palette is dominated by the olive and maroon against the khaki, with the yellow-tan adding warmth. It reads as a muted, earthy vertical stripe pattern.
How it reads on the garment
Because the stripes run vertically and the palette is earthy, this pattern prints with a flowing, organic rhythm that is pleasant and natural. On the body the olive, maroon and khaki stripes give the garment a soft, vine-like character, and the muted palette makes it easy to wear. It stands apart from standard woodlands but in a gentle, understated way. The khaki ground blends well with the light hood lining and collar, keeping the neckline tidy.
Why own it
If you like vertical stripe camouflage, the MENPOR is a distinctive example — it is tied to a documented Indonesian National Police special-operations unit, so it carries real collectible interest for collectors of Indonesian and police camouflage. Its muted olive, maroon and khaki palette is also warm and wearable, pairing naturally with olive, khaki, maroon, denim and brown. It is a characterful, easy-to-wear camo.

Made to order
Each hooded tee is printed and sewn to order rather than stored in a warehouse, so the pattern is freshly applied for you. Production and fulfilment take about 4–7 days before your order is handed to shipping; courier delivery time then depends on your destination. Please double-check the size chart before ordering — because each item is made for you, returns are easier to avoid by choosing the right size up front. If a print runs slightly differently from what you see on screen, that is the nature of made-to-order garment printing.
Disclosure
This is a reproduction / military-inspired item, not an issued uniform, and the garment itself is a modern printed piece for everyday wear. The MENPOR / Resimen Pelopor naming and its vertical stripe design come from documented pattern history, but this is not official Indonesian issue equipment.
