About the pattern

The Greek lizard is a brushstroke camouflage derived from the French tenue de leopard, adopted by Greece around the 1970s and used by the Hellenic Army. Camopedia notes a variety of colourways have been produced over time, and the design is built from broad, horizontal brush strokes. This v2 render keeps the same brushstroke structure as the classic green lizard, but with a slightly richer, browner palette. It is the warmer, more brown-leaning sibling of the same pattern.

The ground is a warm tan-khaki, and over it sit broad brushstroke shapes in an olive-green, a brown and scattered green-black accents. The strokes are roughly horizontal and organic, with feathered, brush-drawn edges.
